Returns & Refunds Policy

At Daily Co, your satisfaction is important to us. We comply with the Australian Consumer Law, which guarantees your rights to a refund, replacement, or repair if a product is:
• Faulty or damaged
• Not as described
• Not fit for its intended purpose
We do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind purchases.
Refund request process:
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
If your item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us immediately upon receiving your order.
Please email us at Hellothedailyco@gmail.com with:
• Your order number
• A clear description of the issue
• Photos or video showing the fault
Return Conditions:
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it. Please ensure your item(s) are:
• Items must be unused and returned in original packaging.
• All returns must be approved before being sent back.
• You will also need to provide the receipt or proof of purchase.
• You are responsible for the return shipping cost unless required by law.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Refunds:
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
